Key Return and Refund Information

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, starting from the day the carrier marks the order as “Delivered”. Requests submitted after this 14-day window are not accepted.

How to Request a Return

- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) for return
- Brief explanation for the return

Return reasons help us locate and process your request and are not used to deny valid returns.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories. Returns showing wear, odor, damage, or missing components are rejected. Damage caused by insufficient return packaging results in a denied refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Prepaid return labels are not provided for standard returns. If a return package is lost by the carrier, a refund is not issued. Retain the tracking number until the return process is complete.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email confirming the refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is up to 7 business days after approval, and payment providers or banks may take additional time to release the funds. Refunds apply to the product price only.

Exchanges
If you want an exchange for another size or model, contact us at support@siesta101.com within the 14-day return window. Items must meet the same return conditions as outlined above. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@siesta101.com .Orders can typically be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be used after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, send the following information to support@siesta101.com:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging (if possible)

After reviewing the case, we provide a solution, which can include sending a replacement, reshipping the correct item, or providing another reasonable resolution. If the issue results from a manufacturing defect or incorrect order fulfillment, Siesta 101 covers return shipping costs or provides a fair alternative.
