Order Confirmation Processing
Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being prepared for shipment.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are processed on the following business day.
Order processing typically takes between 1 to 2 days, Monday to Saturday. This period includes order verification, quality checks, item preparation, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery timelines begin only after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Any changes to shipping fees or promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

All processing and delivery timeframes are calculated in business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you by email whenever possible.
Delays Exceptional Circumstances
Delivery delays may occur during peak shopping periods, public holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe of 8 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days to account for potential carrier delays.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@siesta101.com .Orders can typically be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be used after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please take clear photos showing the issue, including the damaged area or incorrect item, and include your order number.
