Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, operational disruptions, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery, beginning on the date the carrier marks the order as “Delivered.”
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
